The webinar #1 of EVOLVE takes place on June 2nd at 10:30pm CEST. It is organised by partners DDN, BULL/ATOS, SUNLIGHT, VIF and LOBA.

This presentation introduces Evolve and underscores the motivation of the project. The need for HPC systems to integrate heterogeneity and the considerable performance boost for Cloud and Big Data workflow to get from HPC systems. The webinar will address the hardware and the low level software aspects requires for the HPC platform. The additional software layer introduces to offer inter-operability with Big Data and Cloud stack will be discussed and several use cases will be presented. We will conclude with a session of Q&A.
